Hi! So, in middle school, I was a volunteer at the local Humane Society. Also, I was a senate page for my local senator. Should I put both of these on my college application, or has it been far too long?

Generally you don’t include things from high school in your ECs. It’s been too long. However, if it’s something you’ve been doing continuously - like studied the piano for 12 years - you can mention that. The other way to work in a ‘one off’ in middle school is to mention it in an essay if it’s relevant to the topic, as in “Every since 8th grade, which I spent as a senate page for my local senator, I’ve wanted to be in politics…”
