So here is my story/problem:
Due to scheduling problems and budget cuts at my public school, I have not been able to take a 3rd science, which would be physics. My major is computer science, and to apply at Purdue as a comp sci major you have to take physics. Now here is my question:
If I apply as a comp sci major, will the undergraduate admissions office not look at my application/automatically reject me because I dont fulfill the requirement of taking physics, or will they still look at my application and if they accept me ask me to take physics at the local community college over the summer before college?

I think you should contact the admissions office to ask this question.
It is something your guidance counselor could explain in their recommendaiton.
