If your looking at prestige and academics, Imperial all the way.
I was in a very similar situation 1 month back...Cornell vs Imperial vs Cambridge. I choose Cornell cuz I thght I wd be happier there...it was a better match.
Its much more important to be satisfied at the place u goto. Choose where u'll be happy and be more productive.

Erm, going to Imperial to do business management don't sound right. Being more famous than the other 3 doesn't mean that Imperial is always the best in everything. Imagine going to Caltech to read business(If they do have business to start with).

I know imperial business dose not sound right either and Guardian ranks their Econ program tied for #2 with LSE and #1 is Cambridge so its a good list

Imperial has a good business school although it is quite new and not the area the college is know for. It is however named after a famous business man who is under indictment for fraud so you may not want to have his name in your CV if he is found guilty. But that is just my tought on it. Warwick is probably consideared the best of the 4 for business in your list.

The Wye campus of Imperial is in Essex, not London, and not a very nice part of the country. I'd go for Warwick personally, I think it's international reputation is getting better all the time.

I have no idea about credit transfer, but I know that the Economics department is one of the best in the country. LSE, Oxford and Cambridge are probably the top three, then you get Warwick, UCL, Bristol etc.
