<p>I took some classes at Stanford last summer, and on september first sent the trasncript to all the colleges to which I'm applying; however, what I wanted to know is if I hadn't sent a basic information form in yet or if none was available, does this mean they'll simply discard whatever materials they get with my name on it cause there's no file for me?</p>
<p>I e-mailed some colleges asking the same questions for TOEFL scores.
The ones that did reply said that they create a file as soon as they receive something, no matter if it's a pre-application, teachers' recs or a TOEFL score. So that should hold true for your transcript as well.</p>
