<p>I was just wondering if there is anyone on here who is currently attending or graduated from the Phillip Merrill College of Journalism and if so could you post your stats that you got in with. I'm applying there this year and I just want to be able to compare my stats and academic record with someone else who has already gotten in/attended the university. Thanks a lot.</p>
<p>I think Oregonianmom’s S is a soph in journalism (maybe???). You can try sending her a message. I think there are a couple of other people who post here who have info on the program. Otherwise, have you searched on the UMD site to see if there are any stats by college? It’s a great program, and I believe it’s fairly competitive to get in, but I don’t have any more info than that (and that they have an awesome new building!!!)</p>
<p>Well I know the general stats for admission but I just wanted to see for journalism because I know that its a LEP. I think my stats are pretty good but I’m worried because I’m from NJ and I heard they aren’t trying to accept as many people from my state this year.</p>
