I was looking through some of the college and department websites, and from what i can see, there doesnt seem to be a limit to the number of credits that can be waived using AP scores. can someone confirm whether or not this is correct?

it seems like there would be a limit, but i'm having trouble finding a number...

Depends on the college you're in. I don't know specifics, but I know that I'm getting a lot more credit being in Engineering than in Arts and Sciences (for example).

is there a link to any of this info on the A&S website or the Engineering website (i'm considering BEE or Chem E as well)

yeah ARTS AND SCIENCES uses AP Credit for more of the intended purpose...

advanced placement means that you take the test to enter college into more advanced courses...

for example, if you took bio AP and got a 5...you wouldnt need to take bio101/2 and could be placed into a more advanced bio course
