Does the residency application delay your decision

<p>i know that some other people here also had to file a residency app, just wondering how it would effect your decision. if i applied for early, would my decision still come out before the 24th, and all that matters is how much i pay if i get accepted? </p>

<p>and has anyone had the residency issue resolved as in, claiming to be in-state and finally u of m accepts that you are in-state?</p>

<p>dont think so, i am accepted already but they still told me to send additional material for the residency.</p>
