So I got a score I wasn't too pleased with for the September SAT (740 reading, 670 math, 680 writing).

Looking at this score, it seems I wasn't at all prepared to take the SAT on that day. What I'm wondering is, if I take the December SAT, will I be able to receive the scores back in time for me to review them before deciding if I should send it out? The schools I'm applying to pretty much all say that they will accept January SATs, but if they do that, then I don't see why they wouldn't accept an SAT score submitted later than Dec 31.

I have also taken the ACT and got a 35 on it and I have also done well on the SAT II (800 chemistry, 790 biology, 800 math 2C), which is why I want to take the SAT again and do well so that I can send out my SAT II scores as well (score choice isn't allowed, so I at least want 1 good SAT).

I could do the November one, but that's a week away and I don't think that's quite enough time to prepare more for the SAT.

tl;dr: Can I take the December SAT, be able to review my scores, and choose if I should send it out or not and still make the Dec 31 deadline?
