<p>1) the instructions on their website say "You should send signed photocopies of all pages and schedules of your parents' 2008 federal tax returns (including photocopies of all W-2 forms) to the College Board by March 1." So if I put the forms in the mail on February 28, am I okay?</p>

<p>However, this statement is not mentioned anywhere in Harvard's financial aid instructions... what's the deal with this? Is it required or what?</p>
