questions about portfolio and Merit!

I got an email from SAIC (art institute of Chicago). On the portfolio day, the instructor there told me that I don't need to send a portfolio (my portfolio has been approved), but on the email it says,

Frequently Asked Questions:
Q. If my portfolio has been approved already, do I need to have a copy in your office?
A. Yes. Please ensure that we have a copy of your portfolio in our office prior to the deadline.

what is the copy of the portfolio mean? DVD/slide? and this is different from a portfolio for admission right?

Q. Can I submit my portfolio online through your ePortfolio option?
A. If you have already submitted your ePortfolio for admission, you will need to submit your work to us via slides or CD/DVD.

I've sent my eportfolio before I attend the national portfolio day. but, why do I need to submit my work via DVD again if I have alreday submitted my eportfolio?

and also, it means that I have to send another DVD for Merit scholarship, right?

Thank you so much for any help!!!!!!

i think i already answered most of this in your other post, but regarding the ePortfolio: i would email whichever college rep you are in contact with and ask her to clarify for you. Usually just letting them know that you’ve already submitted is enough and they’ll take care of the rest

were you at portfolio day today in miami? i was there as well

I was at NPD in Miami -seems not as many kids as last year.
