<p>I'm planning on applying to USC SCA (Film/TV Production) as my first choice major but as a cushion if I don't get into that major, I'm choosing Communications as my second choice major (I hear that's a easy major to get into).
I have a question on the Communications major, on the USC Supplement, it reads "Annenberg School for Communications and Journalism" and details say "All applicants to Broadcast and Digital Journalism, Print and Digital Journalism, or Public Relations majors must submit a one-page Statement of Intent, explaining their reasons for pursuing an education and career in journalism or public relations. Please attach your response to the Supplement."
It doesn't say anything about the communications major in the details but the title says "...School for Communications...". Should I still write what it wants for the school or do I not have to do anything for the Communications major? I'm confused.</p>
<p>.Lol bump.</p>
<p>bump…</p>
<p>Bump!!!</p>
<p>The process is pretty straight forward. Are you applying to journalism (print or broadcast) or public relations - then submit the letter of intent in ADDITION TO the USC supplement with the Common App. If you are doing straight communications, it doesn’t appear you need a letter of intent:</p>

<p>If you are still not sure, I would suggest calling the school directly and asking them the question to get the most accurate answer.</p>
<p>Thanks, I was just looking for some confirmation</p>
