Questions about Silverturtle's Guide!

I am taking my SAT's in a month (october 1) and i am good with math but not so much with reading and writing.
I am going to dedicate the next 2 weeks for writing, trying to spend atleast 2 hours everyday with it by going to the library.
I was browsing through the forums and noticed that alot of people suggest Silvertrutles guide for grammar.
How do I use this guide efficiently?
My writing score is at a 430 and i want to get it up to ATLEAST a 700. I know it seems like alot, but i am giving up everything to get that 700. Please give me advice and tips. thank you.

Hm, I wouldn’t say that is IMPOSSIBLE, but I bet it would be pretty hard. Just try to read a lot of his grammar rules. I know, its a lot, but try to bear with it. Not to sound harsh, but honestly you should spend a great deal of time reading it (not just skimming through it) because your score is low.

Take some practice tests. Look at what you missed. Are most of your errors in particular areas? If so, look up those areas and read about them. Also, try to find an old grammar text book. Warriner’s Grammar and Composition is a good one. Get one for the 10th Grade…not too complicated, but helpful for someone with scores like yours. You can probably find it online through Barnes and Noble in their used textbook section.

Is English your first language?

I raised my math score from 500 to 700 after 28 hours of rather intense review and practice. With the right guide, you may do something similar.

Im just focusing on the MC, when I say that Writing is the easiest section to improve upon.

Once you memorize all the verb tenses, proper idioms, pronouns, etc, and can effectively identify such errors in sentences, then it is easy to significantly raise the number of questions you get right.

Silver turtles guide is recommended by alot of people for writing. I have the link already, so do i just read the writing part or the whole guide?

and do i just read through the writing part? skim through it? or take notes?

please give me the most productive way to get the most out of it.

my reading score is about 530 and i need it to get to atleast 700!

btw, my sat is on october 1st

:(

I took notes on the writing section and look over them for a few minutes every day.

But you need to learn the way that is best for you. There is probably too much information for skimming to help, especially if you’re scoring 530.

I have a extremely low score in writing around a 530.
I’ve been recommended using Silverturtles guide to increase my score for the Grammar part.
All i do is to memorize the rules.

Can someone explain me what “Incorrectly deciding between adverbs and adjetives?”

I’m on this forum 24/7 and am scared that i won’t get in a good college. Sorry for the inconvenience.
