I applied to UCLA, Cal, UCSD, and UCI and so far I've been rejected from LA and Irvine(???) and waitlisted for UCSD. The last school I have to hear back from is Cal and I'm really scared I won't have a UC to SIR to.

I knew UCLA was far out of my reach but my stats are pretty decent which is why I don't understand why I was rejected from Irvine...

3.75 unweighted gpa
1910 SAT
I did 2 SAT II tests but I don't remember exact scores (mid 500s, nothing significant because I took them to fulfill requirements for the IAP scholarship, mentioned below)
5 AP classes throughout hs
Scholar Athlete Award for 4 yrs
Varsity Track since freshman yr
4 yrs CCS track athlete
2 yrs track team captain
MVP freshman yr
3 yrs volleyball team
3 yrs CSF
3 yrs NHS
Started my own club at school
3 yrs Treble Choir
2 yrs Alto section leader
8 yrs Tae Kwon Do
7 yrs volunteer for church choir

And I was one of 3 finalist at my school for the Berkeley IAP Scholarship, which is a scholarship award to students who show leadership, have high academics, and commit to community service.

So I have three questions:
1. Do I have any chance to get into UCSD from the waitlist
2. Do I stand a chance to get into Berkeley or are my dreams of going to a UC over?
3. Does anyone know if being award the IAP scholarship means automatic acceptance into Cal?
