I have two questions that I hope someone can answer.

It's come to my attention that there's a possibility that Trustee scholarship funds can apply to an extra semester if there is a compelling and reasonable need to add a semester after 4 years. One such reason is that requirements for a double major might not be fulfilled due to course clashes, or particular needed courses not being offered in a particular semester resulting in the inability to finish the requirements within 4 years.

Does anyone have any further info on this? Is this similar to "exceptional funding"?

I have also heard that a Masters can be attained in one year after a BA at USC if one continues there. Is this right? And does anyone know whether USC offers finaid for a Masters.

Thanks.
