<p>I applied to SBU's computer engineering program as of last month and have a few questions. My ACT score wasn't that outstanding (25), but my GPA stands at a 3.7 unweighted and have excellent ECs that involve internship at the university. I would like to know that in an event where i don't get accepted into the program, will i be automatically declined from the school? Or can i still be accepted in general admissions and take the prerequisite courses then transfer into engineering? I'd appreciate the responses.</p>
<p>In the event that you do not fit the engineering program, you will be accepted Gen Admissions into the college, that’s saying if you dont get rejected from the school first.</p>
