Hey y’all! Since there’s only so limited a space on the commonapp to describe activities, I was wondering if this was significant enough to be put on my application “Expanded club from 4 to 20 members”

Yes, it seems like that would be a positive thing to mention. I would try to fit it in your activity description. Perhaps “recruited (many) new members”.
You may want to expand on HOW you accomplished this (in a couple sentences or more) in the “add’l info” section, as it could show your initiative, creativity, and/or level of commitment.

Absolutely. Again, if you can fit it briefly in the activity description (e.g. “successful fundraising effort”), you could still expand on it in your add’l info section with some details on how/how much.
If it’s important to you and you are proud of your effort…then that is something colleges want to hear about.
