<p>I'm a Pre-Political Science major and I want to double major in Communications. I know that you have to complete all prereqs and 2 upper div courses for each major before you can petition. Both Poli Sci and Communications have a few of the same classes for prereqs. For example, for both you can take Stats 10 which is ALSO a GE. If I took those classes, would they count towards both major's lower division units AND the GE unit?</p>
<p>If I took Stats 10 would it count towards Poli Sci, Communications and the Life Science GE credit is what I'm saying.</p>
