Ok so I am still waiting to hear back from Cockrell about whether I've been accepted into either petroleum or mechanical engineering. I noticed on my mystatus page that my application status is "Complete/On Time" opposed to "Currently Under Review" that I thought some people said is what their's said(does that even make sense?). So does this mean my application has not yet been reviewed or what? Thanks in advance!

Mine also says complete/on time. I’m assuming its under review but not sure.

Mine says “complete/on time” on the right side of the page and “your application for admission is in review” at the top of the page. I think people are referring to the message at the top of the page when they say their app is being reviewed.

hmm that’s interesting because mine doesn’t say it is under review anywhere on the page. But I guess it’s not a very big deal it just kind of made me curious. thanks anyway!

The fact that you are an AUTO ADMIT is probably the explanation.
My understanding is that AUTO ADMITS that have already been officially accepted but have not yet been accepted to a particular college (ie; Cockrell, McCombs etc) do not have the
“IN REVIEW” status displayed on their MY STATUS pages.

Instead, there is a notation that states “Uncertain about your specific major” or something to that effect posted on your MY STATUS page.

Best of Luck…
We’ll all have details soon.

It has to say that is it under review

Auto admit status page reads:

Good News you qualify for automatic admission to University of Texas Austin.
We’re not sure about your major yet.

Also says complete/ontime

I was an in state non-auto admit, and my application went from saying it was complete and ready to be reviewed (but not yet IN review), straight to the acceptance. I don’t think you can ever be sure with these online things.
