Quick question about the UC application

<p>Is it a good idea to include high school extracurriculars in the activities section? Since in regard to my major, most of the activities I took part in were from High school and I barely have any from college. :[</p>

<p>Also, how big a role does essay play a part in getting admitted? Are the essays even looked at when you are TAG approved?</p>

<p>I asked a UCLA rep. this question about extra c. and he told me you can include high school ones which you were dedicated to that would show something about yourself, not just being in a club or anything short term.</p>
