<p>So I hear that the Common App release date will be pushed to August. Does that mean college supplements will also be released in August and not in July? I was hoping to get my essays nearly done over the summer.</p>

<p>You won’t be able to view the 2010-11 supplement questions though the Common App website until August 1, but the colleges themselves may have that information available sooner. If you want to get a head start, check the college websites, and contact the admission offices for more information before August 1. (Also, for what it’s worth, even when Common App went live on July 1, not all colleges had their supplements ready to go.)</p>
