quick question

ok, heres the problem: I can either apply SCEA or RD (the specific school is Stanford, if that matters). I have a ~2100 SAT, 33 ACT, 3 mid 600 SAT II. I want to raise my standardized test scores, so here's the dilemma: I have 1 more chance to take the SAT and ACT before SCEA but that means I'm stuck with my bad SAT 2 scores. On the other hand, I can apply RD and raise all 3 SAT 2's and have another shot at both the SAT and ACT but I will probably get 2-3 B's this semester due to my insane schedule. So its basically bad SAT 2's vs. bad grades. Thoughts?

if you truly think you can do better on your SAT II's, i would actually retake those. that way you still have a chance at raising one regular standardized test score (ACT) but can also apply SCEA.

but that's just me.

so youre saying apply SCEA, retake the sat 2's in november and rush the scores in? is that what you were trying to say?

boost the ACT, screw the SAT 1, change ur registration of october test into SAT 2, and boost the SAT 2 :) the best way..that way ur ACT get boosted and so does ur SAT 2 and u can meet the deadline without bad grades
(school takes ACT or SAT whichever is higher and 33 is higher than 2100 anyway)
