<p>For Chicago EA do they defer you automatically to RD if you don't get accepted EA? Also i know Georgetown does this but what other schools partake in this practice?</p>
<p>A small percentage of students get rejected during EA. I think it's something like 15%. Then maybe 30%-ish get accepted, and the rest are deferred to regular admission.</p>
<p>actually for the class of 2008 the admission rate went down to like 25-27%.
early action this year went up 40%. I know this because i am a student in the college
right now.</p>
