Quick UC Chances for a friend yo!

My friend's stats:

UC UW gpa: 3.79
UC Weighted gpa: 4.46
UC HS gpa: 4.13

SAT I:
Math: 800
CR: 680
Writing: 770
Total: 2250

SAT II:
Math II: 800
World: 760
Korean: 800
Will take Bio and US History SAT IIs as well

Took World last year and got a 5.
Taking 4 APs currently
4 APs senior year.
So 9 APs by graduation.

ECs:
- Job at a cafe (16 hrs/wk)
- Tutoring and helping mentally disabled kids at a local elementary school.
- Mu Alpha Theta - Vice President
- Korean Club - President
- Involved in various community service projects (heal the bay, environmental stuff, etc..)

These are not my stats. A friend of mine just has almost the same ECs, grades, and scores as me lol.

He just wants to know his chances at the UCs: UCLA, Berkeley, UCSD, UCI, and UCSB

I personally think he has really good chances at all the UCs, but he wants other peoples' opinions.

UCLA - match
Berkeley - match
SD - safe match
UCI - safety
SB - safety

Anyone agree/disagree?

bump (10 char)

Berkeley: high match (~60%)
UCLA: match
UCSD: safe match - safety (esp. if ELC)
UCI: safety
UCSB: safety

thanks kyledavid, your predictions are exactly like mine. Although I'd say he has 70% (match) chance at Berkeley.

anymore opinions?

The only reason I say 60% is the very slightly weak UC GPA (dropping into the 3.7 range for UW). His ECs are somewhat bland, but if he writes great essays, it'd be a match.
