both at once? is that even possible? being an RA saves you money, but being in a sorority costs some...

I doubt it. Most sorority girls live in the house after their first year. However, if you are in a sorority without a house, I guess that would work.

it all depends on your definition of "some" ... most sororities are a few thousand per semester ... and also, most sorority girls DONT live in their houses, they have room for about 60-70 girls in the house and there are about 160-180 girls in the 9 sororities ... also, competition to live in sorority houses is FIERCE, they put as many as 6 girls in a room, and girls are still fighting to live in ... b/c the sorority houses make Martha Stewart look like a slob

haha thats funny. sooo technically i COULD join a sorority but live in a dorm as an RA and just be part of the sorority functions....

but then that leaves sorority dues. hmm...expensive?

You cant be an RA as a freshman anyways (the RA program is really competitive)... but I guess it would be possible in future years...

oh well yeah i know you can't be an RA as a freshman...but yeah thanks!

Why is the RA program so competitive? What are the benefits of being an RA?

all i know is that they pay for your room/board/food/more?
less 13K per year? something like that...

How much are sorority dues (not living in the house)?

How about much are sorority dues + housing if you're a member living in the house?

nooo clue someone help us out...please.

it depends on the sorority but they are at least a few thousand a semester, just for dues, i know that it is cheaper to live in the house than to live in USC housing, which is about 600/month ... they also include most meals during the week (especially brunch which is AMAZING)

so in total, a rough estimate for dues and IN the house would be how much in comparison to just regular housing?

sorry i'm slow, should jsut spell it out for me haha
