Unless you live in a state like Texas where your rank is of the utmost importance, I would not start down this road.
If you are a person who gets a couple of B’s, then you need to find a college that matches that.
In any case, talk to your Guidance Counselor about what would be accepted at your HS.
You would need to talk to your guidance counselor. Many high schools would not count online or non-dual enrollment CC classes in your HS GPA.
And for the record, nothing is wrong with a B or two.
I wouldn’t worry about one or two Bs. Top schools let in kids with 3.8 and 3.9 all the time, lower if you’re hooked.
You could take a summer school class or two through your high school. But if you are only doing it for your GPA and no other reason, there are a multitude of better things you could be doing both for your own enrichment and to have something to show colleges.
