My freshman and sophomore were definitely not the greatest for me.. >_>

If I try really hard these next 2 years, is it possible for a jump to 3.7 with straight A's in each of my classes? I would really like some input as motivation towards this GPA

(ok who knows my senior course load.. but I know it will be all AP, considering I am already taking almost all AP's already Junior year): say of course, I won't even be able to dream an all A+ gpa senior year because of the rigor.. would it still be possible with a B average Senior year and A+ junior?

Do the math. A=4.0, B=3.0, etc. Average your projected semester grades and see what happens.

Edit: Discount the second semester of senior year for all and the first if you’re applying ED/EA.

If not possible, take community college classes. They’re all 5.0.

@WhartonnotHYPS Do local college courses (during my senior year) cost money to attend? Always been wondering…

@medicsz Yes unless your school has a deal w/ a local CC (and the 5.0 credit depends on your school).

yeah, it is 100% possible. because that is what I did. and it worked…

@medicsz yes but they’re rather inexpensive ($40 a class)

With weighted grades, it is possible by the end of Junior year:
** WEIGHTED **
Fres | Soph | Junior
3.33 | 3.33 | 4.00
3.33 | 3.33 | 4.00
3.33 | 3.33 | 4.00
3.33 | 3.33 | 5.00
3.33 | 3.33 | 5.00
3.33 | 3.33 | 5.00

GPA = 3.72

With UNweighted, you get close by the end of Senior year:
** UNWEIGHTED **
Fres | Soph | Junior | Senior
3.33 | 3.33 | 4.00 | 4.00
3.33 | 3.33 | 4.00 | 4.00
3.33 | 3.33 | 4.00 | 4.00
3.33 | 3.33 | 4.00 | 4.00
3.33 | 3.33 | 4.00 | 4.00
3.33 | 3.33 | 4.00 | 4.00

GPA = 3.67
