When you apply to med school, do they ask about stuff in high school? Like SAT's, GPA, awards, extracurriculars. etc... or just stuff in college? Thanks

they may quick glance at your hs gpa from what i read, but it's like 99.99999% college, so your hs stuff means close to nothing.

I second that^. From what I have heard, it's mostly college. If you crap out in high school and then do really good in college, they really don't care.

yeah, its not like you can do really well in HS and do mediocre in college anyways so...in this thread..the true answer is no hs means jack %$%^

I agree, no one cares about your high school stuff.

If your HS scores are excellent look into guaranteed acceptance programs. Many of these only care about your hs scores and some don't even require MCATs.
