<p>It’s a topic that’s already been beaten to death and even over exaggerated. While it’s still amongst the top privates, it’s undergrad experience has been deteriorating. I know several students who are at Cal/transferred out this year and from what I’ve hear - libraries being shut on weekends, overcrowded dorms, not being able to take classes you want and mostly the fear of not being able to graduate in 4 years - are the main ones.</p>

<p>Lol that’s just sad. I don’t think I’m applying to a UC then.</p>

<p>Every public university in the US is facing a budget crisis. I don’t know of any public uni that’s operating on a surplus budget.</p>
