Rate me at Georgetown, Columbia, and Brown min fadlak? (Please)

So, Georgetown, along with Columbia and Brown, but mostly Georgetown, is my dream school. But, I feel as though my stats are borderline at best:

Class Rank: Top 10%-- 72/732, subject to change though

*****Here’s my hook EC:
National Security Language Initiative for Youth scholarship recipient. I will go to Morocco on a State Department scholarship to learn Arabic this summer and will return proficient in the language as a result (it is highly selective and very intensive)

******Personal Hook: I am a quadruplet (like triplets+1) and they’re all just as “smart”, if not smarter than me. We are African-American, and, although we are well above average fiscally (my parents’ combined income is upwards 200K) , paying for college is gonna be tough for obvious reasons.

So, what do you think?

I think ACT can put you at a solid shot for Georgetown if it is a 34. Good luck. The quadruplet thing is interesting with regards to how it would effect admissions.

Okay thanks, any other thoughts?

What is min fadlak?

The Morocco story sounds cool

min fadlak means please in Arabic lol @sgopal2

Get your scores up a bit higher. The Arabic along with international studies at Gtown looks like a good fit.

Okay thanks for the advice @sgopal2. I am anxiously waiting for my scores to come in.

Bump.

Any feedback, people?

Your ACT almost definitely too low. Crossing fingers that your re-take improved. Good luck! But there are tons of great schools that will be lucky to have you if these don’t work out.

I hope and pray I got at least a 32 on this ACT. Goal is a 34. BUT, on the off chance I did worse, is a 30 a no-go for ivies?

30 is 25th percentile at Penn and Cornell. You could always apply to one or two if you really like them, but chances are extremely slim.
