Rate My Junior/Senior Year Schedules?

So going into my junior year, pressure started to build up to start planning our schedules for both our junior and seniors years to have challenging classes. I came up with this:
Junior Year
AP English Language & Composition
AP Spanish Language
AP Statistics
AP Biology
US History
Medical Science

Senior Year
English 12
AP Calculus AB
AP Chemistry
AP Physics 1
American Govmnt.
PE

I chose this schedule based on what was required to graduate which included at least one career prep elective (which I chose Medical Science) and two years of PE. I decided not to take AP Literature or AP Gov because neither really interest me. Is this schedule manageable for a future med student?

You should repost this into the Rate My Schedule thread; you’ll get a more in-depth review of your schedule.

I think you should switch stat and calc (year order) because calc will be harder if you take a year off from that kind of math. Other than that, I think it looks great!

Could u rate my jr. Year schedule?
Mine is…
AP Lang and Comp
AP Physics A
AP Calculus BC
AP Gov
AP U.S. History
Spanish 4 Honors

Odds are, making your own thread or posting in the Rate My Schedule thread will get you better advice/criticism.

You’re taking a lot of formidable classes! The only notes I have are:

Why are you not at least taking US History Honors? If history isn’t your strong suit yet you still have the ability to take so many AP classes, I’d think US History Honors would be achievable (unless they don’t offer this).

I say this because I’m an English geek (and lover), but why take AP Lang and not AP Lit? (At my school, we just call them AP English 3 and AP English 4 so they might be a little different). This is just one random person’s opinion, but I think that lack of consistency could be harmful (though not extensively as you’re obviously above average).

With American Government, I’d say the same: why not honors at least (if they offer it)?

And this is probably too late or varies at your school, but why wouldn’t you get PE out of the way in your freshman and sophomore years?

I think it’s manageable. Good luck!

Also, @151Andrew151‌, there is no such thing as AP Physics A, but there is an AP Physics 1, 2 and C [C has two tests]. Which are you taking?

@Apollo11 thanks, I didn’t see that board!

@MissSuzyQ thanks for your opinion! I would take the honors classes, but my school does not offer them. As for my AP Language class, I decided to take it as my current English teacher recommended me, as well as the teacher having a reputation as being the easiest AP class while still having a high 4&5 rate on the Exam.

@MissSuzyQ also, I couldnt take PE this year because my schedule is full of pre-requisite classes like regular Chemistry and Spanish 3 in order to make this schedule. But thanks a lot for your input!
