<p>depends on the school. Some, like Stanford, will outright reject people ED. So if you are still in the running you have a real chance. Many other schools have a policy of not rejecting anyone who applies ED, so many kids who think they are “still in the running” have actually been rejected but just not told about it.</p>
<p>It’s typically about the same rate as overall RD admission.</p>
