the mailed decisions are postmarked on the 19th, and we get notified of our decisions at around 5pm tomorrow. This is assuming that we do indeed get decisions tomorrow. the blog hints at it :/

whatsoever, I am tired of this long process..

how do you know they are postmarked tomorrow?!

wait, where's the blog that says decisions come out tomorrow?

not specifically. it's just a big cheer up for those who don't get into their favourite college.

They must be wrapping up. They even named a new Dean of Admissions yesterday.

And the Admissions Office staff's bags are packed, and they're ready to go...

i'm so excited/nervous for all of us!

i still remember all that anticipation throughout junior year and the beginning of this year. let alone--HIGH SCHOOL.

finally it's all put to rest in the next couple of weeks.

ilovepeople: couldn't have said it better myself

ahhh iam just so anxious! i hope that it comes out though, even if i dont get in, i just want to KNOW

March 19, 2008 ----> wednesday

March 19, 2009 ----> thursday (tomorrow) ?

Did they take down the blog entry? For some reason I can't open it.

If you visit the main webpage https://blogs.uchicago.edu/collegeadmissions/, it should be there, but I can't access the comments.

it doesnt have anything particularly new or important: she talks about how her smart friends from high school all went on to do amazing things even though they were rejected by a lot of schools, etc etc. I can copy/paste if you really want me to

Nah, I just saw it on the main page. It wasn't nearly as secretive as the title suggested, haha.

so, uh, 5 pm tommorow?

4 pm central^ i my guess
tomorrow will be the first day that I check my status frequently D:. I've been able to resist the temptation up until now.

dang it...i'm so nervous...
I've been checking for the past 2 days...
and i've had these awesome dreams in which i've gotten in
THEN i have to wake up

But i do know it is significantly harder for me - a Canadian applicant also applying for FA

The fact that the blog entry has been taken down entirely now is more revealing than the entry itself.

^ I just went to check the blog after I saw your comment and it's indeed gone. I'm a little nervous now. D:

best wishes to all..not much time now before we know..
