<p>well, we've been having a paranoid conversation (notes past 11 pages of discussion on this topic) and concluded that all these subliminal signs point to tomorrow as the decision date.</p>
<p>It's a gut instinct I suppose.

<p>Well, the change in administration does not occur until July. Dean O'Neil is still there, working as usual. </p>
<p>To be honest, I do not think it will come out on the 19th. It seems odd to take retract that blog post about decisions if it were to come tomorrow. IMO, I think they took it away, because they did not want people to infer that decisions were coming out soon because of that blog. Now, I think it might be coming out next week</p>
