Is it a usual thing for people to re-take Sat-II's if they don't get the score they wanted like it is with the Sat or does that appear for the colleges as trying too hard? I know someone who got a 770, for example, on the physics (which is their thing) and that's relatively low to them considering the curve but she said it looks obsessive if she tries again for an 800? And now after today, I think I may be in the same boat.

Is it? have any of you repeated sat II scores, or know people that repeated sat IIs who made it to the ivys anyway?

yepp, this was my third time taking physics

yeah I think I’m gonna retake physics in november.

When we send scores to colleges though, even if the college does not support score choice, we don’t have to send in all the Subject Test scores right? Non-score choice colleges only want to see all REASONING scores?

I believe that non-score-choice-colleges demand a full score report of ALL sat’s. Sat I and SAT II.

some people say that there’s no actual way for them to tell if you sent in a full list or a partial list.

idkkkk

I just checked on Collegeboard. When I tried to send scores to a college that doesn’t accept score-choice, there were boxes around my Reasoning scores reminding that the school requires ALL scores. When I try to uncheck those scores, another popup comes up as an additional reminder that the school wants all scores. HOWEVER, there is no such box for the subject test scores…
