REA Crash Course?

I hear about this book, and I have it myself, but I find that it's missing quite some information that AMSCO contains, and it seems to me to be very short and concise.

Has this book + AMSCO actually helped people?

It's impossible to memorize all of AMSCO, so I'd imagine REA helps to remember the important things and AMSCO helps set the background. Is this correct?

Most people recommend AMSCO only as it will suffice for the exam.

Of course if you want to be absolutely sure of scoring a 5, then you can get AMSCO and REA.

That’s what confuses me a bit, REA Crash Course is such a simple resource… how can it assure a 5?

I used AMSCO + REA + Kaplans SAT II USH for a 790 on the SAT II (so I got like 81/90) of the m/c

I think that same combination would work wonders for the AP test as well

I should add that I never took AP USH
