Reading and Comp R1B Question

<p>Hi all, new to the forum. I'm going to be a freshman next year, and I tested out of R1A and R1B using AP scores. I was wondering if I should take R1B anyways though, to get used to college writing. How useful/necessary is R1B? Thanks.</p>
