Reading and Writing score stuck at 700-730

<p>My math is lk always an 800, but my reading comprehension and writing scores are always stuck around 690-730. How can I improve these?</p>

<p>I have the PSAT in 2 weeks, and I'm pretty sure I can make National Merit, but I want to take the SAT in January and want to make at least a 2300+.</p>

<p>those are good scores. just read books to improve critical reading and practice writing</p>
