Well, I'm on the east coast so most people take the SAT over here. Because i knew you have to send SAT scores, i was nervous as hell during the SAT. Additionally, for the SAT CR i was taught to do the questions as i progressively read the passages. I knew reading was my weakness, in practice tests i was getting consistent 690-710's, but when i took the SAT i got a 650...

Then i took the ACT. More math/science based, heard was similar, i gotta do better right? I got a 36 on the reading section, weirdly. I remember that for the ACT i actually enjoyed reading the passages and such, and thus read them all the way through before answering questions, occasionally going back to the passage for details.

Is the ACT reading just dramatically easier? Or did i do so much better because i wasn't nervous during the ACT's (knowing that if i blew it it didnt matter at all) or because i read all the way through? I probably going to retake the SAT's even though i did well overall on the ACT's, so i want to know what your preferred method is.
