Readmission

<p>So I'm going to be a 3rd year soon at UCI, but I was planning to take maybe a quarter or two off and then go back. On the UCI website, it says you have to apply for readmission, but it's not guaranteed. Has anyone had any experience with this? What are my chances, and what factors do they look at?</p>

<p>I haven’t had any experience but just talk to your counselor. Life happens and sometimes you need time off. I’m sure they will take into account your GPA and how far into your major you are. Best of luck!</p>
