<p>Does your school subscribe to Naviance? Our NJ public school does and for UVA the accepted avg SAT was 1450 / 1600. So applying form NJ - no you wouldn’t but maybe the school medium is different from NC. Check w/ your guidance dept. </p>

<p>If it doesn’t workout - you might have a very good chance of transferring in after freshman (comm coll, etc) yr w/ very good grades. It’s really not a bad option.</p>
