Realistically, what are my chances as a transfer student to these schools?

Alright, I'm currently a freshman at a 3rd tier University. I am planning on transferring next year and I'm wondering whether the schools I applied to were realistic possibilities for me. I'm hoping to go into the communications with a focus on advertising. Here are my stats:

College GPA: 4.0 (after one semester, I'm not sure how much this is considered by the admissions committee vs. my performance in high school)
High school GPA: 3.7 unweighted, school didn't rank
SAT: 620 math, 640 verbal, 660 writing (1920)

I got a letter of recommendation from my Poly Sci prof and it turned out to be pretty amazing.
I'm working for a small production company that filming a reality TV show this semester. I got one of the show's producers to send a letter to the school's on my behalf. I'm not sure how much weight it will have, but I didn't think it would hurt.
Also at the beginning of February I was hired as an opinion columnist for my newspaper at my University. I've sent out a couple of my columns to the schools I'm applying to.

Finally, the list:

UNC Chapel Hill, Boston University, Syracuse University, Emerson College

Thanks a lot for helping me out.

Great shot at BU, Syracuse and Emerson...UNC is extremely selective though.

OK, thanks. I wouldn't mind being admitted to any of those schools as they're all outstanding when it comes to Communications. I'd love to go to UNC but I realize that it's long shot. All you can really do is apply though, so we'll see what happens. Thanks for your input.

BU has a great communications school and you have a great shot.

Apply to UNC, you never know.
