Realized Mistake after 3 weeks :(

Ok I feel so stupid about this but I want some people’s opinion about what they think will happen.

I was working on a scholarship resume and I needed some information so I went to the common application website and pulled up the PDF file. As I was scrolling I noticed that I had failed to put that I was in an accelerated English IV class for the entire year in the current courses section!! I can’t believe I forgot one of my main core classes X_X

I already emailed the college (Rice University) about it but I have to wait until Monday when they come back from Winter Recess.

Will this affect my chances of getting in? How bad of a mistake is this?

@MexiZelda96: Relax. Take a deep breath. Colleges understand that this is a stressful time and that students will make mistakes. If you emailed them, you should be perfectly fine, they will just add it to your file. If you feel like you want to do a little more, you can email your regional representative (which can be looked up) for Rice. In addition, I’m assuming this is for Regular Decision, in which you will be sending midyear grades anyways. On your midyear grades transcript, it will show this class :D.
