<p>I applied to transfer to UW-Madison in September, but it took them until just before Christmas to notify me that I had been accepted. I sent in the confirmation letter, but right after, I had to leave for a family vacation, and it appears that I missed SOAR. I'm currently enrolled in two classes at another college, and I would like to just attend UW in the fall.</p>
<p>Should I just reapply like none of this happened, or is there something else I should do?</p>

<p>The best thing to do would be to talk to someone in admissions. Hopefully they can let you come next fall without repeating all the work you and they have already done. Classes start next Monday, call soon.</p>
<p>Tago45, congratulations on your transfer admission. Call the admission office, explain your situation and ask for a deferral to summer/fall semester. Missing SOAR isn't that big of dea if you could still arrive on campus not later that first day of class - January 22.</p>
<p>I'd ask for a deferral for fall... I dont think they'd make you reapply.</p>
