Recalculating the Weighted GPA

So I know most schools use the 5.0 scale for the weighted GPA so I decided to recalculate from my school's weighted system and I have a few questions:

Is 4.22 out of 5 bad, good, or average? (Compare to Ivy Standards, NU, Vandy, NYU, BC, Mich, Chicago, Wash U)

Do I consider Gym, Health, and Consumer Education into account? These are just graduation and state requirements.

If my school doesn't use the +/- system (ex: 3.7/3.3)should I or should I not use it when I calculate? (My school is directly 4.0, 3.0, 2.0, etc)

Most schools dont use the weighted GPA strictly. They usually understand the difficulty of your courseload and factor it in. Academic classes are counted. If your school doesnt use +/- then its just 4 pts, 3 pts, 2 pts. etc
