<p>i submitted my common app and harvard supplement on wednesday, 11/11 and received an email today giving me a tracking account. when i logged on, i saw that harvard has not received both my SSR and counselor rec, even though i handed them in to guidance october 1st. (and my naviance account shows the office has sent them out already). is this simply because they just opened an account for me, and haven't filed everything yet or do i need to be worried?</p>
<p>I would give them until Monday or Tuesday and check again, if still no update then I would call Harvard and ask them if they are still inputting (sp?) info. It’s still early, so don’t get worked up yet

<p>Colleges have thousands of documents that need to be input into correct files. This process takes a long time and they get mail daily with thousands of items to input.</p>
<p>Give them a while. There is so much stuff that we are receiving right now that it might take a while to get it in there. Trust me, they didn’t lose it and they probably did get it.</p>
<p>Yeah I wouldn’t worry. I’m in the same boat. Submitted my app and supplement 3 weeks ago and the recs shortly after and they dont have the recs listed as received. They must just be swamped with mail right now.</p>
