@slg333 Merit scholarships come several weeks after acceptance
Right, so if someone applies really early and gets accepted and fills the SSA quickly (before Nov 1) they may get some early surprises. I think DD submitted her SSA on October 39th (very close to Nov 1 :)) and heard from the automatic in-state first right after the holidays, then a smaller award from College of Arts and Sciences maybe February, and Herbert Presidential in early spring. Once NMF was confirmed she picked up a couple more that way and while she made Hutton, she did not get additional merit from there.
