Receiving scores early through a trick?

Yeah after you become a semifinalist (ie you reach or go above threshold/cutoff) you apply to become finalist

I studied a lot for the ACT since I took it this September. I did a few full length SATs over the summer but not too much.

Don’t worry it’s just the PSAT at the end of the day. You’ve obviously got some significant upside in your corner.

And now it’s ~10min. (:

@DK have you already taken the psat?

Trust me I got a 182 my sophomore year and shot up to become semifinalist this year so it is definitely possible if you work hard and go slowly during the exam

I think I might start a psat thread…

I took the PSAT last year and I am a senior now

What did u get to become a semi finalist? And what state r u from?

someone start a “Official September ACT Scores Thread”

I’m from ohio cutoff 215 my score 221

Sorry bout all the questions. I just wanna get an idea of what I should aim for…

Thanks a lot DK you helped a lot… you should post in my psat thread as you seem to be a pro. An good luck be coming a finalist.

Np I understand… I was worried as well…but the score for me was unexpected

Thanks…good luck to you as well

5 more minutes

Anyone else nervous about these scores

Nah, just excited. (:

im just worried about science and reading…hoping for 35 in math and 34+ english to carry me

3 more minutes

Haha yeah, really nervous.

Somehow I get the feeling I’ll have to apply to college before they decide to actually give me my score.
