Recognition of Tulane Students and Departments

<p>Those of you that read this thread more or less religiously for at least the last couple of years know that I like to highlight certain departments that I think are much better than the bogus ranking systems would have them. Of course, you same people know what I think about ranking systems, lol. But even with that, when it comes to individual departments those ranking systems reflect more about the grad level work than the undergrad, and those two things are very different.</p>

<p>Additionally, while I don't have links right at hand, I know the School of Architecture has been recognized several times for their very exciting and hands-on work around New Orleans.</p>

<p>Of course there are other great departments at Tulane, and not all lend themselves to these kinds of competitions and media recognition. But when it happens it is nice to see.</p>
