Recommendation Form

I got two formal letters of recommendations, one from science teacher, the other from math teacher. I gave one UChicago form to science teacher. But I have just recently noted the other UChicago rec form has to go to an eng/history teacher, so if I give it to my history teacher from last year, and he just writes a little bit on the reverse side of the form, all good things since he and I are chillin, is that fine?

Or does UChicago prefer that the history teacher writes a formal awesome long letter with the school's heading and stuff.

I mean I know that UChicago gives both options, but does it REALLY matter? Does one look better than the other?

Also, I will be sending in the letter of rec from the math teacher too, since I don't want to waste it, is that fine? I'm pretty sure she wrote a chillin rec since she always says I'm too nice and stuff, and she's a really sweet lady herself.

I wouldn't worry about it, if that's how he works, and it is all nice, than that's all that counts.

Extra recs probably won't hurt.
