Recommendation Letter Help!

I am applying to college this coming fall. Currently I am volunteering with my sister's 3rd grade class and towards the end of the year I would like to ask her teacher to write a letter of recommendation. I attend an online private school and I emailed my guidance counselor if they could hold on the letter until needed for the common application, they told me they only submit letters of their own teachers. I would like to keep the integrity of the letter by waiving my rights to read the letter. I'd like the teacher to be able to write the letter in the spring than in the fall because she mostly likely has moved on to focusing on her next year's class. Any ideas on how to protect the letter?

The “integrity” of letters from non-teachers is not that big a deal. Schools know that supplemental recs (like this teacher) will come in and they don’t require the level of security as in your HS submitted ones.
